How great is this: Carole at the Schoolhouse arranged for 4 tables to be set up in dramatically different styles, to inspire couples to think of what their big day could look like..
{I'm partial to the lilac one myself - what's your favourite?}
these mirrored chargers are stunning!
I loved the drama of the glass on black, and these clear chairs caught the light beautifully :)
There were also four food stations set up, featuring a variety of talented caterers and delicious treats.. yes - we checked them personally just to be sure ;)
As couples came in, they were greeted by Courtney's bright smile, a silent auction, and a cash bar :)
No detail was forgotten - guests were entertained by live piano music....and beautiful flower arrangements adorned all the tables, and gave colourful splashes to the amazingly soaring windows :)
One of my favourite things about this space is how the light changes as the evening goes on.. as the daylight fades, the strings of tiny lights suspended from above and the tea lights peppered all around give off a warm glow..
And - of course - a bit of photo booth fun in the old school room!
First up: the "Dream Team" that put it all together :)
Everyone had a great time, and I lost count of how many times people said they couldn't wait for their next chance to attend a wedding at this unique venue :) We met lots of lovely people, and were so glad to have been a part of such a fun evening!
Special thanks to Carole Choucoutou for all of her hard work in organizing such a fabulous event :)
